Rufus is confirmed for this year's Glastonbury festival and will be playing on the Pyramid stage.

http://www.glastonburyfestivals.co.uk/

The festival runs from 28th - 30th June, not sure what date Rufus will be playing yet.

Sounds like a lot of fun, Pocket Penniless. I see that Rufus' sis Martha is set to play in the Acoustic Tent, too.

It's just been confirmed on facebook that Rufus will play on 30th June at 2pm.
Here's hoping the BBC have some fantastic coverage.

I didn't notice that Martha was playing too, maybe they'll join each other on stage?

This is funny. I've been watching lots of live summer festivals lately, getting in the zone for my summer that's arriving.
Of course Rufus' Glastonbury is on the box, and I saw something, so

Go to about 10 minutes in and watch the fan at the top right when the view goes to the crowd

Aha! If I were at Glastonbury, you'd see me on the stage!

Getting the lyrics right...

mrkeys I downloaded the full concert it was I think from the BBC the one you can no longer get like Harroo's clip above. It was on You Tube as Rufus Wainwright [live at the Glastonbury Festival] full concert.I got it directly after the concert and I do not think it is available.I do not know if I can copy and paste because it does not have a reference [URL] on my download, perhaps someone may have some insight.
